Here follows some practical information about the conference and Lund in general.

Travelling to and in Lund

The easiest way to get to Lund is to fly to Kastrup, the airport of Copenhagen. From there, there are regional trains leaving every 20 minutes and the trains take 40 minutes.

The trains Kastrup-Lund and also local public transport in Lund is run by Skånetrafiken, see the following link. They have an app which is convenient for planning trips and buying tickets.

Money in Sweden

Card is king in Sweden. Most places do not accept cash (currency is SEK=Swedish crown), but only credit card.

Lunch and campus

The department where the conference takes place is located on Sölvegatan 18a in Lund, here is a link to a google map. The easiest way to get there with public transport is the tram, the stop is called LTH.

More information about lunch options will appear later. It is not yet clear which of the lunch places are still open so late in summer.

Conference dinner

The conference dinner will take place at the Grand Hotel, at 18.00 on Tuesday June 24.

Accomodation

The conference takes care of accommodation for the speakers and the participants promised finanicial support. We do not ask for financial information, should you receive emails about this let the organizers know immediately: it is SPAM.
